I used to live at Pondside and it was a horrible place to live. The maintenance department was always very helpful. Manager ----- is a $@*^%! Parking is hard to come by there and even the manager parks her car right in the front taking up spots directly in front of the building instead of allowing paying tenants to use it.
The hallways smell, the walls are very thin as you can hear neighbors watching tv and holding conversations. Most of people who live there are --------- and it is known to the police department as a high drug complex. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time! Move on to the next complex.

I disagree with the author of this review. Pondside is a wonderful place to live. The new manager has made a great difference by being at Pondside. She is a resident herself. Does it really make a difference where she parks? Seems to me the person is probably upset with her because she has a job to do and they didn't like a decision she made with regards to something they wanted or a policy they disregarded themselves. We all know this web site is mostly a forum for people to complain and one should not hold too much stock in the negative statements made, too many people are negative today because they are unhappy. I would believe someone who makes a positive statement. My family loves it at Pondside you will too!!!
