Love it! I have lived at Pondside for years. Maintenace is wonderful and the management is finally approving!! Last year was kind of a bad year but now things are improving the grounds are beautiful.

Noisy and Inconsiderate community If you are looking for a quiet residential community, then pond side is NOT the residence you are looking for.
There are too many kids ranging from teenagers to 1 year olds.

Not worth the price The definition of mediocracy. The place is outdated (built in 70´s) and it shows. Apartments themselves are clean, but fixtures and materials are very cheap. Maintenace is atrocious. If something breaks (which it will) you will have to wait at least 1 month for a response.

A good place, not a great place Only two phone jacks in the apartment. DSL is available. If you have a southern view, they have no objections to small-dish satellite TV installations, as long as they are masked to some degree and no holes are drilled in the building for access.
