Beware if you are under 80 Park Edge is primarily occupied by the elderly who mind everyone's business but their own. Frequent complaints by older tenants will make it impossible/intolerable to enjoy life and it won't be long before you start to wonder if you have moved into a nursing

New Renter, Love it here I moved here about 5 months ago. The building is quiet, the people are nice, and I have not had any problems like what the previous review complains about. The staff is friendly, and get back to me whenever I have a question, and maintenance is done

Park Edge is a verysmall but cute place to live. The office and maintenance staff is very friendly and always there to be reached. I´ts located right next to Forest Park, set back in the woods very quiet and I would recomend it to anyone.
