* 15 min walk from commuter rail
* parking is not a problem
* very response and caring staff
* large windows and high ceiling height
* each apt has hvac unit
* friendly & respectable residents
* big bathrooms
* exercise room
* Personnel is/are present at main entrance, most likely 24/7

Nothing comes to mind but I think people make lowell seem worse than it really is.

Yeah, well we were all impressed when we moved in. Lowell is not the problem, the management of the building is.
