I have lived at dutton street for about 2 years now and the increase in violence has gone threw the roof. There are vehicle break ins about every month or so, (sometimes multiple cars being vandalized). There has been no response to this issue and I fear that it will take a stabbing or rape for any response at all from the management to correct problem. There website says 24 hour gaurd. WHICH IS INCORRECT. Please find another place where it's a gated community or guarded with cameras. Protect Your Family.

you are 100% correct. if its not the thefts its the cars racing thru all day. very dangerous stiuation and college st IS aware of it. they also know that most of the outside lighting is not working and they just ignore it. what they do is make all new tenants sign a waiver that college street llc is not responsible for anything that happens out there.be careful.

But they are responsible for false advertising. Residents should form an association to acheive strength in numbers. Anyone who has suffered property damage should join forces and file a class action suit.
