The walls in the units are soooooo thin. You hear everthing that goes on next door. If they are fighting you know EVERY details because they may as well be in your unit. Night time activities, well you know when that goes on too. Parking is fine. The lot is alway getting holes filled in because they keep digging it up. If there is a event in lowell they sell our spots to visitors so you have to park in the corner if there even is a spot. How secure your car is, well that has been an issue. Peoples cars have been broken into, wheels have been stolen. They finally hired someone to do night time security so that might improve. Every time it rains the whole entrance of the building gets flooded. They have ripped up the tile a few time, but actually fixing the problem does not seem to be important. So get used to walking through a few inches of rain when you walk in when it rains. The units are beautiful, but all the crap you have to put up with usually makes people only live here for a year.
