Management needs to hold up their end...they advertise a service that they don't provide (a secure parking lot).

management is now working with the city traffic engineer and will be remolding the parking lot by the end of the summer. trust me i know the traffic engineer. property is the only one in lowell that allows pets, its small but they are trying to stop whining.
