Need Speedbumps in the Parking Lot

I have enjoyed living at 305 Dutton a great deal. While I have had some problems with the "thin walls" problem noted in other reviews, I've found management responsive to the problems that I've encountered.
My one concern regards the parking lot. As mentioned in other reviews, there frequently are high speed drivers who use the parking lot to bypass nearby traffic lights. My dogs have almost been hit by these high-speed drivers on a number of occasions. Today, while I pulled into the parking lot, I was tailgated by a taxi as I searched for a parking space. The taxi narrowly avoided hitting my car as it tried to pass me as I turned into a parking space.
It is just a matter of time before someone, or soneone's dog, is injured by one of these high speed idiots. It seems that placing a number of speed bumps in the parking lot would be a low cost solution to this problem.

It would actually be really nice to see one of the entrances closed off to create a larger and perhaps fenced-in dog area. Not only would that be a functional solution (more space for our dogs...an enclosed playing space), but it would eliminate the ability to use the parking lot as a pass-through.
