The first year my husband and I lived there it was great. Great management, great facilities. Once the initial management team moved on to open a new property, it was a new manager every few months. It took months to fix gym equipment and washing machines. Also constant flooding of ground floor during winter months. My car was never vandalized, and lot was big and fairly well lit. Did have issue w/ response to voice mail from main office once. Thought upper management treated security/maintenance staff poorly.
