I dont have any animals.. but it seems like alot of peole do.. they aqre pretty good about them.. I havent run into any noise problems. Management is trying to fix things up and there is security at night.. 5 minte walk and you are smack dab in the middle of all the restaurants and bars.. 1 mile to umass south 2 miles from umass north.. tsongas arena 5 minute walk..
big spacious apartments.. I would say go with wood floor instead of the carpeted ones.. Parking is fine.. sure there a re a few pot holes..
