There are two major problems with this apartment complex. Poor construction and poor managment. There are substantial gaps between the brick exterior walls and the dry-wall interor walls. These gaps allow noise and smells to pass between ajoining apartments. There is absolutly no privacy. Whenever my neightbor clears his throught or cooks bacon for breakfast I know about it. $10 worth of cocking adhesive and 2 hrs worth of labor would probably fix the problem but the managment is too cheap or imcompetent to even try and deal with it. All they can do is talk. They make promises and smile and tell you how concerned they are but never do anything. After waiting 7 months for them to compleate repairs that they promised to make I finally had to borrow a ladder and make the repairs myself. Now my apartment is livable but I'm counting the days until my lease is up.
