Nice place, pros & cons
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 7/9/2004
Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
We had a 6 month lease here in 2004
Pros: Community residents friendly, neighbors not loud, price relatively low for the comfort level, nice semi-private balcony in our unit, decent enough landscaping, great wooded setting in crowded former home of prince spaghetti workers, graveyard an interesting aside a short walk(jack kerouac's grave located within 1/4mile), large walk-in closet, good hot water(except peak morning shower time), new fridge.
Cons: 1 Br too small for our stuff, parking can get annoying after 6pm on weekdays, mailman seldom delivers in a timely fashion, some days mail does not get picked up(not holiday), no dishwasher in unit(theres a place for one where the old hot water heater went under kitchen, but none installed, instead replaced with a piece of carpet), small kitchen, little cabinet space, too hot in winter(when it's 10 degrees outside, I should not have to open the window to keep cool).
Overall, a very positive experience.
