Not too bad for a bachelor and his roommate

Since these building are older, there tended to be some electrical problems from time to time. The fan in the bathroom takes about 2 minutes to start going, some of the electrical outlets sparked occasionally, while the fuses popped trying to run the microwave. There was one morning where the bolt on our door would not extend itself while turning the key, but maintenance was notified and fixed it in about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The heat tends to be noisy when the water is going through the pipes, but it only takes about 5 minutes for the room to warm up. I was able to hear music and conversations coming from the neighbors thru the walls; we had one neighbor that would play Pink Floyd all hours of the night, but someone must have complained cause it stopped after about 3 weekes.
The laundry facilities are in the main building, 18 washers and 18 dryers, but a poor system of handling money; if the machine is full of money it will still accept coins, error out, never returning the coins you just put in, but then go back to a normal screen after 30 seconds so the next person will lose more money. I notified person in the next room, he came out, hit the change container, and told me that I would have to contact the number on the machine to get my money back. Needless to say that I forgot about my $1.50 that I put into that one machine.
I had no problems with parking and there is ample lighting for the area.
