First of all I think Cabot Crossing is overall a great place to live. It is clean, safe and affordable.

I see complaints about nasty letters from management and lazy staff. Obviously if you pay the rent late ANYWHERE they will be after you, kind of standard. But overall the staff is great, and definitely not lazy. In fact they responded so quick to my repair request that I called before showering and was still in a towel when they arrived.

As far as noise goes, I hear hardly anything. I mean obviously if someone drops something on the top floor, you are going to hear it. I think alot of people just dont want neighbors, which is fine, if you buy a house. But otherwise you certainly dont hear voices or anything.

One thing I will say is that the place is very hot in the hallways especially. It is literally 90 degrees plus all the time, but its not a big deal I dont think. You will also occasionally see some trash around the grounds but that happens, it doesnt lay around for long.
