The Good: Friendly staff, speedy maintenance, on-site laundry facility, improved fitness area, nice pool, lots of parking space, lots of food places to order from, minutes from I-495.

Practical for what it has to offer vs.

expensive apartments in Boston.

I had a cozy unit--during the summer, my bedroom stayed cool without airconditioning.

Heat and hot water included in utilities.

Good water pressure.

Quiet community and friendly neighbors for the most part: This was important to me because I work nights and sleep most of the day.

The Bad: Neighbors are loud sometimes during the nights: mostly due to music and verbal fights; i think some of my neighbors use drugs (overheard a fight once); smoking neighbors(for a nonsmoker, the smell of cigarette smoke can get irritating); trash bins overflow, but not for long; no recycling bins; long drive to Boston (about 30min in a good day); problem finding the nearest grocery store (not convenient store).

Overall, my experience here has been great.

I feel safe here and in spite of the minor inconveniences, I can go here at the end of the day and call it home.
