Good for Lowell but still not good overall

If you like cockroaches and thin walls this is for you. I found the apartments to be noisy and poorly insulated. I mean if you like hearing you neighbors having sex then maybe it s for you. The management staff is a joke they do not take your complains or comments seriously and god for bid if you need to move out of you place early and try to get it rented out before, they will still try to hit you up for 2G. The place looks nice on the outside but that about it. The community makeup of people sucks. Rude, arrogant and non-English speaking.
