One expensive joke

There's no way to get a good nights rest in the apartments. Either someone is playing extremely loud music at 11pm when you're trying to go to bed or someone is banging at 3am. The management does NOTHING about the complaints. When you talk to them, all they say is "yeah, yeah, we'll talk to them" but nothing happens. I can constantly smell pot from one of the neighbors. Visitors come in and out at all hours with children and dogs. You can hear everything and you can smell everything. It's 100 degrees in the summer and about 85 degrees in the winter. The water pressure is horrible. I HATE THIS PLACE! I cannot wait to move out.
