Cabot Crossing is the most "bang for the buck". We were unfamiliar with the Lowell area upon moving here and found that the location of the apartments was convenient, yet out of the way of the city. Driving onto the property is like driving into another world of its own. Though the main road leading to the property is not luxary, the property is. The prices are affordable with all of the amenities included. We would have continued to stay if we had not chosen to buy a home.
