Nightmare if you want to live more than 1 year

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
Beware of getting good bargain to begin with-the rent increases are atleast 10% every year. Aprtment floors are too noisy-if you have someone above you, you will hear floor squeak even if someone walks.
Not friendly when dealing to extend lease. Due to lot of temp jobs the guy thinks he can charge anything.
Only plus point is the maintenance guy si very good.
