a so-so place is becoming worse

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
Lived in this place for more than 4 years, starting so-so, and now the recreation room becomes office-occupied storage room, the maintainece no longer takes care of your sinks and lights. Playground is merely a joke, unless you don't mind about safety of your kids on the almost broken swing, and the hot stream from the vent of office laundry room, on top of which,there is poison ivy hidden somewhere that could catch your kids by surprise. And more, HBO channels are now gone in your cable. Thinking about moving out.
