Very Bad.Full of problems.

Princeton in Lowell has 5 apartment complexes (as far as I know). I was in Imperial Gardens for 2 years. There can't be a place as bad as this one. Appliances are very very old. The probability of getting them changed is next to impossible.
Apartments are very old & floors make hell a lot of noise. There are a lot of mice. You can have a chance to meet a lot of insects (ants, spider, cockroaches, mouse, and centipede). If you complain about this, they will say these creatures are not poisonous.
There is a very small playing area for the children, which is not maintained at all. Also it is very small for the number of children. So children play in every possible place they get including the driveways. Parking your car during a summer need the skills of a NYC cab driver. Also there will not be any sign indicating that children are playing, that makes it a scary experience for people coming here for the first time.
Taking a shower in winter is a nightmare as hot water supply will suddenly stop & you will be attacked by ice cold water. Drainage pipes leak & might flood your house if you happen to be in the basement.
You can believe the words of anyone on earth, but not the management people of Princeton Properties.
Most of the residents are ------- who are very nice people & are used to very simple living. Most of them are into software & earn quite a bit. Princeton takes undue advantage of them, giving them very very bad lifestyle & charging them very very high. Rent goes up like a rocket every year. They don't mind if you have been there for 1 year or 10 years.
Inspite of all these problems, if you are unfortunate enough to move in, please read the rental agreement twice. You can expect some catches. For example, you can move out only on 28 th of every month. If you are late even by a day they charge 100$ per day. If you sign a month by month lease ,even then you have to give 60 days notice. Even if you are not able to give the 60 days notice because of losing a job you have to pay the rent for the next 2 months.
Please don?t do the mistake I did. The only good thing about this place in the maintenance personnel. They are very good & considerate.
