A nightmare to live

Unfortunately I moved into this place.
Never believe the apartment management people. All that they can think of is only the ways of cheating people. In order to get you to sign the lease they tell any sort of lies and then change their words totally.
Maintenance is an other nightmare. Whatever serious happens you need to call them up atleast 5 times and only at the 5th call the maintenance dept will be informed and then the maintenance dept will take its own time to come and look at.
All the electric and heating equipments are very old and keep making noise and they don't change it.
It is a real nightmare to live in.
What I have written is specific to Imperial Gardens in Lowell.
