Generally Nice Place. . .

The apartment itself was a good size, great layout (easy for moving furniture in/out). Everything was new, and clean upon move in. Leasing office was helpful and nice.
The thickness of the walls leave something to be desired. I had a neighbor upstairs with an exercise machine, or baby swing or something of the sort that made contant banging noises throughout the night. However, I did mention it to the office, and it stopped.
Hallways always smelled of ethnic cooking (sometimes a good thing, sometimes a bad thing!)
Parking was limited, and most times not enough, especially with visitors.
Overall, a nice place, well taken care of. It all depends on who your neighbors are.
