Imperial gardens is a great place to live in. It is located close to the conveniences..there's a 24 hour CVS and shopping plaza just down the road.
When we came here a year back,we were quite apprehensive about Lowell. Then we met one of the Princeton property agents who was a great help to us.. helping us out, showing us around, discussing various optins and alternatives..she really empathised with our problems.
Its been a year and I feel pretty safe living in this property, thanks to the security car that patrols the grounds at night.
The office staff(I always get a cheerful hello on the phone:)) is always friendly and responsive and the maintenance people always fix problems as promptly as possible. I have heard nightmare stories about other properties with respect to maintenance...
I spent one winter here and I found that the property people were prompt in getting the snow cleaned. I did have problems with the heating, but upon informing maintenance, they were prompt to come and check it out time and again.
I also appreciate the fact that they always inform you when there's any work to be carried out or the water is to be shut even for a short period of time. There are certain properties that just don't bother to do so...
Imperial Gardens has a very warm and cosy feeling and I love the place. It feels like home!!
I always recommend it to all my friends.
