Colony Park formerly Princeton Properties
< | >
I never officially moved into Princeton Properties. But, they did take my $500 deposit! I was 20 at the time, and working hard to live on my own. The day after I left my deposit, my roomate backed out on me (too much $), they didn't care, what-so-ever, the situation I was in, and just told me they would not return my deposit. My father called to try and reason with the manager, and he threatened to call the police if my father was to show up at the office. Talk about good hospitality! Plus, the only building that is nice and well maintained is the one with the office in it (the only one they want you to see) The other buildings are uncared for gross. I would not recommend this property to anybody!

Considering the Property Manager is female I am not who you could have spoken with. Not to mention the fact that they are great. People shouldn't sign deposit forms if they don't read what they are going to sign.
