Don't trust a thing the rental agent says. We were told the new building was well insulated for both heat and sound. A lie in both cases. Were told noisy tenants would be evicted after 3 complaints. Neighbor had more than 3 complaints from us alone, and a couple from downstairs neighbor. Finally evicted after not paying rent 4 months. In the meantime, the person was involved in serious fights in parking lot.

The staff does keep the place clean. Manager walks parking lot and cleans it at least twice a week.

Don't expect to use the pool unless you enjoy taking your children where there are foul mouth drunks smoking and violating the basic rules of the pool. Also, many non-tenants in pool, and it is only open sporadically, and only from Memorial day to Labor Day.

Washers and Dryers are too small to do real loads, and the hot water mysteriously fails to work.

Heating/AC in unit is very noisy, and will not keep temperature stable.

On Electricity, expect power failures twice per month due to industrial park down street (also owned by Cormier)

Security guards are a joke. Walked away when the fire alarm was going off to continue his rounds. Firefighters had to hunt him down to get access to panels.

On site services include prostitution.
