I lived at Delmont Gardens for almost 5 years. The management was very nice. The Office Manager (Corrine) was very nice and did what she could to have the management take care of any problems. The other office worker (Ellen) was very rude and unprofessional (she is still there as of now). The building I lived was not many loud people. If there was a problem, we'd have to call the police b/c the security guard was always in his car or away from the grounds.

If you are a family just starting out or a couple w/out children, I'd recommend this complex. If you want privacy and quietness, I would not recommend this complex.
