Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2003
When I first moved to Delmont it wasn't so bad but steadily declined. The walls were so thin you could hear everything and smell everyone's cooking, the kids were out of control, the neighbors became trashier with each passing year and the fire alarms were constantly going off.....until the property manager disconnected them!
By the time I left it had gone from a pleasant inexpensive complex to an overpriced ghetto.
