| I lived in this apt complex from 02/2003 - 03/2003. The apt is full of pests and poor maintained complex. Horrible in many ways. Not recommeneded. | ||||||||||||

| This apartment complex is nearer(3 miles) to school(UMASS Lowell). It is just beside the road, so the noise is very high, especially if you live in 1861 building. The carpet is not that good,, but I think they are replacing ... more | ||||||||||||
