When I first saw the apartment Heritage was offering, it was much nicer than any others I had seen, and for the same price. I decided to move in, but was soon disappointed. First, when I moved in lots of things didn't work. First, I had to call to get Heritage to fix my phone jacks because they were falling out of the wall. After that, my tub (although brand new) didn't drain. In the entire year I was there, the tub never drained correctly. I called heritage to complain and their fix was to send out maintence to have the guy plunge the drain, needless to say this fix lasted for a bout 3 days. That sums up maintence, they patch instead of fix problems. There were always big spiders crawling around inside and outside the apartment. I complained numerous times and nothing was ever done. These are little spiders either, they're big brown spiders with a leg span of about a half-dollar piece. When I could finally move out my security deposit wasn't returned promptly and they attempted to charge me for carpet cleaning and cleaning of things like the ceiing fan, soap dish, and tub when I moved out. I gave them a second copy of my receipt for the cleaning company I used to clean the rugs and they returned my money after about 3 weeks. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
