I don't even know where to begin. I have been here for almost a year and have had nothing but problems. I really don't know where to begin...well lets start with the heating/cooling systems. They work great however my unit had to be repaired 4 times leaving me wihout heat last winter for 4 separate days. There were a lot of punks living in the building, seems as though they have evicted most of them recently. Parking is a nightmare. make sure you ask where you will be parking, because I didn't and was handed 1 sticker for a parking lot beside Majors Pub. No visitor parking at all, yes you heard correct I pay 1850.00 monthly and have 1 space my visitors have o find street parking. We have had 4 cars towed and several parking tickets. The staff is really strange and are not accomidating at all. Forget 24 hrs repair like they advertise,it doesn exist! Seems as though they keep changing the rules as they go for everything, very annoying. The apartments are expensive to heat and cool, due to the apartments having 18' ceilings. Entrance to parking lot has huge pot holes. There is huge closets...with no lights in them'' I have spoken o several neighbors who have complained along with myself about fruit flies...millions of them in the apartments! Centipedes on the canal side apartments. I would never sign another lease here. Well, here are the good parts...The apartments are very big, new, and I have never heard a neighbor!
