Not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2007-01-01 - 2008-01-01
I lived at Loft 27 from 2007 to 2008.
I could not wait to leave.
The apartment itself was beautiful, but the noise level was crazy.
I could hear my neighbor sneeze! I have to laugh about it now but it was really pretty crazy.
Maintenance would frequently walk into my apartment without permission, even once I woke up to find two men in my bathroom....
I had multiple incidences when maintenance staff broke items in my apartment and the leasing office fought with me over how much they were willing to pay to replace the items.
I also didn't like that there was no guest parking.
That was very frustrating to have to have guests pay $8 a day to park.
This wasn't a big deal, but it was annoying.
I had a horrible experience with one of the office staff.
He was very rude, very unhelpful and downright nasty.
Other staff was fine, just this one particular staff.
The elevators were frequently broken and I actually spent an hour stuck in one.
The building had complimentary carts to carry up groceries/other items and they were always gone.
Tenants kept them in their apartments.
It was frustrating to have to carry up all your groceries to the 3rd or 4th floor by the armful.
The BIGGEST problem by far was the price.
The location is not great, the staff are unfriendly, there is no way to get to know your neighbors, elevators are frequently broken, the fire alarm will become your best friend and a lot of the construction is pretty bad.
All this combined should not cost as much as it does to live in a one bed room apartment in a bad location.
I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
