DO NOT MOVE INTO LOFT 27!! You WILL regret it!!!My boyfriend and I moved into Loft 27 November 2007 and at first we were so excited! The apartments themselves are breath-taking.
High ceilings, washer and dryer, open concepts.
Problems started literally on day one.
We were given our keys, went up to our apartment, all excited to walk into our new home and....the key didn't.
We were told to pick a color from selected hues they had available to paint a designated wall in our apartment that would be done by the time we moved in.
When we finally got into our apartment the wall wasn't painted.
Three weeks later I had a painting crew of 3 men in my apartment all day painting our wall and suffered breathing in the fumes.
We live on the second floor and it is a nightmare.
I obviously don't know what the other floors are like but ours is noisy and filled with mostly jerks.
Neighbors are loud (but you can literally hear them sneez so it may not be all their fault) items such as a door mat and wreath were misplaced and stolen and two apartments have been broken into.
The building has too many residence for the office to keep track and the office staff changes every 3 months or so.
If you have a complaint they are willing to listen but don't expect anything to change.
When we renewed our lease the prices sky rocketed! Combined we pay $125 for parking which definitley isn't worth it since there is no visitor parking and cars are getting broken into.
If you are looking at living at Loft 27 I would highly recommend reconsidering because the cost and aggrivation are NOT WORTH IT!
