the apartments are beautiful but the events that occur here are not. When we first moved in we loved it there was security 24 hours a day and the parking was good but after the first year they increased the rent then charged for parking!!! we live here and have to pay to park!!!! then they took away security and the place went to crap. Cars broken into. drug busts and loud music always. Dont plan on sitting on the public patio with children because the language you will here is incredible. the gym is always full of kids on weekends and the movie room always locked because the equipment was stolen once. My apartment was almost broken into during the day time but luckily the deadbolt was locked. Also the lounge area can not be used after 9! why not! you can not shoot pool after 9! Two people having sex in the downstairs bathroom in the lobby and people making out in the lobby as well in the mailroom is something you will see often. No visitor parking because the tow truck will be here to tow it away. Walls are paper thin and the quality of the sheet rock is horrible.If anything breaks don't plan on maintnece coming to fix it they never seem to get to it except for the head maintnence guy who does actually care. Dont move here if your looking for a nice quiet place to live. Also as far as their background checks we had a level 3 sex offender here that the police were looking for and came in and took him out in handcuffs nice background checks huh'!!!
