I have lived here for a year and the overall experience has been positive. Some of the negatives would be very limited guest parking, they will tow you in a second if they can. Two guests of mine have already been towed for parking in resident parking. The heat works great in the winter but the AC is off and on in the summer. I feel bad for the people on the upper floors during the summer. Overall, the apartments are pretty big and spacious. Very high ceilings and roomy. Watch out for the summer bugs on the bottom floors. The rent is a little steep for Lowell but is close to everything downtown. Walking distance to most bars and local attractions. Property manger seems nice, no complaints there. Security has been improving since becoming a gated community. The health club is OK, enough for a quick workout. I would give this place 4 out of 5 stars and plan to renew my lease if they come down on the rent a bit.
