I lived at Mass. Mills from 2000 to 2003. Basically in three years the place changed a lot in that time: there was a lot of drugs, crime and destruction to cars. Also, the management on site were quite rude and ineffective. In fact, one person in particular drove people including myself away.

There was no guest parking and if you parked elsewhere you were towed at a nice fee of $95.00. The maintanence also was quite rude and tried to get in your face about when you moved.

There is a certain element to this complex: high crime and theft. So if I were you don't live here the rent is very high and what you get in return is zero.
