The aparment I lived in was gorgeous...that is where the positives end. The noise level was horrendous. My bedroom was adjacent to my neighbors bedroom, and when the alarm next door went off, I shut mine off...I could hear everything they were watching on television as well. Not to mention the x-rated noises we heard from the apartment above ours on the weekends-I am pretty confident porn films were being made. In regards to the property management - USELESS. Forget about trying to have a large package delivered...the office was open during biz hours only, so those that worked could never get their packages. Although A/C was included, it didn't turn on until May 1st. During the time I lived there, we experienced a heat wave in April. During that heat wave, the window trim was painted on the outside of the building, so my window was painted shut. It took 4 days for someone to come and un-stick my window, during a heat wave with no A/C....
