Don't live here...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived at Mass Mills for two years from 2001-2003 and had horrible experience after horrible experience. I lived on the first floor fo building 100. We had several domestic disturbances in the hall per year (one including some guy choke slamming his mother in the hall) and about 3 or 4 middle of the night fire alarms per year.
There are twenty guest spots for the 200 or so units at Mass Mills. Don't even think about having people over for the super bowl, unless they all want to carpool in one van. They tow cars constantly all night, usually with a tow truck actually driving through the lot all night looking for cars to take away at 95 bucks a pop.
Mice ran in and out of the apartments by squeezing under the door. You'd be watching TV and a mouse would run into your living room. You'd give chase and pretty much just chase it out and into someone else's apartment.
Getting a package delivered is interesting as the office is only open during business hours. So you have to actually take off from work in order to get a large package, unless you happen to have off during the day.
In the two years I lived there I was paying $1445 a month to have the heat not work for three days straight in the winter and the AC not work whenever the temp went over 85 degrees. The parking lot was torn up and the bridge at the entrance was down pretty much the entire time I lived there. The management people gave us a hard time about everything. We had one working phone jack in this "luxury apartment" and when we asked them to hook up the other jacks the guy said that those must have been put in by the previous renter and he wouldn't work on them.
I honestly think all of the good reviews on here were written by the management.
