I went to visit friend at Mass Mills. The visitor parking is very small and very poorly marked. After about 15 min waiting for a spot I got one. Few hours later I went back to my car and I find out that it has been towed!! I asked the security person what is going on, of course he did not why my car was towed, got the address of the place to pick up my car- Lowell Automatic Transmission 202 Chelmsford St- people stay away from this place. I just went to pick up my car- not to argue with the guy (the problem was with the Mass Mills not the towing company), but he was very aggressive, said that the dogs he has will rip my head off if I will not be quiet etc. ( I have just asked him why he towed my car even though I park at the right spot). I got my car, paid $95 and drove away. The conclusion is if you live at Mass Mills no one can visit you, because there is no parking available, but the bigger picture is :The management does not care about their tenants, hires people that are not professionals and not properly trained.
