I am very happy so far with Mass Mills. I have lived on the first floor (not basement) of building 100 for 11 months. I have no problems with noise, none with maintenance, and none with the complex manager - although many other tenants have stated that they absolutely hate her.

As for parking, that is a big problem. I generally have no problems, since I work nights and arrive home at 8AM. There are very few visitor spots. But, there are very few or no visitor spots at other downtown locations either - there is a city parking garage that is about a 3 minute walk. I did park illegally in a circle behind the building one night. Maintenance came and got me before they towed my car - they were getting ready to do it.

As far as noise, I am concerned that renovation on the building next to mine is to start soon. I never hear the neighbors, but can hear noise from outside.
