I find I have a love/hate relationship with Mass Mills thus far. First off, I love the apartment itself...huge place, high ceilings, enormous closets. Very peaceful and relaxing. Don't know about other residents, but I find the place to be very quiet. The most I ever hear out of my neighbors is an occassional phone or alarm clock ringing, nothing major.

Onto the bad. As stated before, parking is downright horrible. In the 3 months I have lived here, I've received 2 notices of new towing companies. Why would an apartment complex change companies this many times' Anytime I come back here at 7pm or later, you see Humpty Dumpty the rent-a-cop waddling around with a tow truck nearby as he shines his little light around searching for the next victim for the tow truck. When my friend's car got towed out of the pathetic little visitor parking lot, humpty dumpty told me the maintenance man authorized the tow. The maintenance man' What the ---- is that all about' Their current tow company sucks anyhow. Do yourself a favor and don't get towed. They will try and charge you between $110-$200 to get your car out and they are rude -------s.

If you work nights like me, do yourself a favor and do not get an apartment near any of the trash rooms. They empty that ---- out at 8:30 in the morning, so if you are sleeping, you have a wake-up call for then a couple of times a week. It is very loud and annoying.

They should spend some of the money they get from rent on knocking down the old mills full of the homeless down and turn it into some more parking, especially visitor parking, which this place so desperately needs. And get some new damn dryers and maybe some new gym equipment. Other then all that, these aren't bad places to live if you like a little peace and quiet (for the most part) and a huge apartment for a somewhat reasonable price. I would about half recommend the place.
