This place advertises like it is the height of city apartment living, but there is nothing LUXURY about these apartments! All of the appliances are either broken or really outdated and never have been replaced.The rugs are absolutely digusting and have also NEVER been replaced. The washers and dryers in the laundry rooms are barely operable. I can tell you how many times the elevator's break down and your better of taking the stairs, no matter what floor you live on! That's because the management blows all of OUR rent money on making the grounds and the OUTSIDE of the building look classy to tempt people in! The big selling point Mass Mills uses to lure people in is the gym, but it's really a joke. I heard a rumor that one guy cut his leg on an exercise bike and he had to get a tetnus shot. The other bait they throw out is the pool, which is so congested with screaming kids I wouldn't dip my toe in for fear of catching a communicable disease. They will rent a unit to anyone and about 75 % of the people that live here are either college kids that are blasted all the time or look like they came off an audition for COPS. I can't tell you how many times I have found puke or someone drunk out of their mind in the hallways! I have even seen drug deals going on in the lobby. The property manager, Catherine Wheeler is a real mean, nasty, spiteful person. She has absolutely no people skills and she run's this place like it's a correction facility. She is the coldest person I ever met and all she care's about is getting her money on time. I pay my rent every month and I'm a nice, quiet professional individual and I have only seen her twice, and yet she has tried to evict me already and haul me into court (with about 50 other people I know). (Obviously she doesn't want you here for longer than a couple of years so she can get new blood in and raise the rent a few hundered bucks!) Even though she had no legal cause and she had to drop it, she didn't even have the decency to apologize. When I complained that I couldn't open my windows because the top of the building is infested with pigeons and ragweed (which I'm allergic to), she rudely refused to do a damn thing because it would "tamper with the character of the building!" In the middle of winter, she will call a snow emergency for plowing at any time during the day or night and then not tell anyone and proceed to tow the cars of poor unsuspecting fools that are not used to her little games. I think the only pleasure she gets out of her lonely, spinster life is using what small amount of pathetic power she has to bully people. The only reason why I'm still here is that the location is very close to my office. That's really the only good thing I have to say about this place...RENTER BEWARE!!!
