My husband and I lived in this apartment building for 4 years, and never had any complaints. Contrary to other reviews, we got on well with Catherine, the apartment manager. She even gave me a hug when we left! If you pay your rent on time and don't cause trouble there'll be no problems.
We had a few issues with mice, but that's most likely due to the abandoned building next door which I hear is to be knocked down and so won't be a problem for much longer. I enjoyed the gym facilities very much and would have loved the jacuzzi except that it was too hot for me. We always found parking to be adequate unless we were returning very late at night, and then it only meant parking a little further from the door.
Noise levels were fine for me. The couple next door had a baby, which I could hear crying occasionally if I listened carefully but nothing like the noise you'd EXPECT from a newborn next door, which was excellent. The giant closet we had was a wonderful extra that I miss very much.

We moved out for two reasons; To be closer to UMass Lowell, since I do not drive, and to move into a place that allows dogs, since we are getting a puppy. Otherwise, I would have been happy to remain living at Massmills, and I will always have good memories of the place.

I would recommend it to anyone.
