Massachusetts Mills Apartments

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From: jshackford@hotmail.com Date posted: 7/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   I lived at Mass Mills for six years. I simply LOVED it. The apartments are exceptionally nice, spacious, well appointed and maintained. Management was the best, assistance/service/maintenance was timely, resonable, and helpful. The only negative I had ('99 to 2005, when I had to relocate) was that some tenants completely disregarded civilities required of apartment living, and did nothing to treat property (and neighbors) with respect. Extensive, expensive, distinctively tasteful recarpeting of hallways for instance, sustained burn or scorch marks from cigarets butts ground into the days-old carpeting. Despite trash shoots, many couldn't be bothered to open chute doors, leaving all in utility/chute closets. Despite daily cleaning, people left laundry rooms on each floor trashed w/their use. The problems weren't w/Massachusetts Mills, but some folks whose treatment of property was surely on a par w/their treatment of people. I have absolutely NO reservation about recommending this place. It was, and remains, simply the BEST apartment living I've experienced in my 6 decades on the planet!
