There is a new problem every month! First it started w/ mice, then my car was sideswipped in the lot & it just soooo happens the security camera's didn't catch it (tip: they don't actually record, they are only real-time), loud college parties,over flowing trash shoots, lousy washer & dryers, smelly stairways, didn't have AC from May-end of June (not because of laws & regulations, there was a broken compressor & when I asked when we might get AC I just got a typical response, "no idea", or well...will rent be reduced since it's included in our rent "no, sorry we can't do that"), maintainence assisted in the break-in of my apartment (you read right: they let an exterminator into my apartment that I didn't request nor need at that point, & ransack the place, & actually stripped my sheets!!! What an invasion of privacy!! I had tax documents out that had my ss# on them! Apparently someone else had BEDBUGS (which are apparently running rampid here), but all Katherine the so-called "manager" (who is actually a corporate puppet) had to say was "oops we had the wrong apt #, sooo sorry" ya right), kitchen ceiling had a leak that flooded my kitchen from an over flowing dishwasher upstairs & it took 3 WEEKS to get repaired, & only that "quick" because I held my rent check back. Then when I asked for for rent that month to be reduced (not even waived) because the inconvenience of not having use of my kitchen for several days, I was told, "no, we don't do that here, we can't control what happens w/ tenants upstairs". Then she denied I didn't have use of my kitchen; however, if she enjoys having water drip on her head while cooking on the stove & doing dishes, have at it lady, but I prefer to not have molding musty smelling water drip on me, but hey...thats just me right! It leaked on & off for a week not allowing me to get to the sink or stove w/out getting dripped on & there were days maintainence was in & out "fixing" it (it took 3 tries), & you can't reduce my rent that I have never even been a day late on by $100!!! I have never been more insulted in my life! My husband & I pride ourselves on being good neighbors & tenants, we are quiet, clean, courtious, & most importantly, pay our rent in full & on time every month.

No wonder people are moving out of here every other week! & I would move sooner if I wasn't looking to buy a house, but the second I close I'll be out of here so quick & telling everyone I know...Stay away from the Slums of the MassMills! Don't be deceived the exterior or by Katherine's "kind" nature at first, she is ruthless & heartless & "I'm sorry" doesn't mean anything after the 10th time if you don't actually do anything to make the situation right, her words are empty & scripted.

Ps..never expect a call back, they don't do that either.

Totally agree with you! Beware of bedbugs though, they will come through the wall and vents. We got them from other apts. They drained us psychologically and financially! Hope you guys got your house soon!

Still working on the house, however; I came home to a passive-aggressive memo asking me to be courtious & not play my surround sound system late at night, they have received numerous complaints about my apt!!! Attn Moron MGMT: Perhaps you should pick up a phone & ask someone if they may have been loud lately, because you have now wrongly accused someone of being inconsiderate. But clearly doing any sort of detective work here is wayyyyy to much to ask, had someone called me I would have gladly mentioned my bedroom was shaking the previous night from my fairly new neighbors surround sound!!!! In the time it took to write the memo, walk to my apt, slide it under my door & then walk back to the office, we could have had a 2 minute convo over the phone, w/ no insulting condesention!!!!In the near 2 yrs I have lived no one has ever had a complaint about me, but suddenly I am apparently having late night parties??? Common sense tells me to ask before accuse, but then again, I went to school for business...I doubt anyone in that office has. That is just bad business.
