I have lived here in MassMills for over a year now, I think the apartment itself is wonderful, spacious, love the high ceilings....A huge bonus here is that your air conditioning & Heat are included in the rent. Any maintenance that has needed to be addressed was done either some day or next day, the office staff is all wonderful, especially Katherine (The property manager. Overall I have no complaints here, the only negative that I can honestly say is the parking, especially if you come very late or in the very early am & not nearly enough parking for all that live here & visitor parking is tough too.
