Kiss that Security Deposit Good bye the blonde Fat Lady they call the BOSS and her assistant Mindy will swallow most of it,if not the whole thing. They charged a full month rent becasue I was one day late on my notice to leave and charge me for cleanning when I had a Professional service go in to clean up all the appliances. They charged me a half hour of cleaning for a kitchen ceiling fan and $90 for rug cleaning that I had already had cleaned by the truck mounted machine that they require all tenants to do. But when you sign the lease they skip over it very quickly not to point it out that is very sneaky. The people who where my resident manager were the best part of us living their but the people in the office are RUDE and Very Unprofessionable. I would never go back there or refer this money sucking company to any of my friends.Should any one want an apartment try some where else.Oh yeah the spiders that always crawl in the hallways wasn't too cute and not that we had seen any we had to be exterminated for Roaches that took us at least two hours to remove all our belonging from the cabinets.and a hour to put them all back.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. My security deposit wasn't returned promptly and they attempted to charge me for carpet cleaning and cleaning of things like the ceiing fan, soap dish, and tub when I moved out. I gave them a second copy of my receipt for the cleaning company I used to clean the rugs and they returned my money after about 3 weeks. The spiders inside and outside the apartments are awful. I complained numerous times and nothing was ever done, these are little spiders either, they're big brown spiders with a leg span of about a half-dollar piece.
