I moved into a smelly apartment. The guy before us smoked but management said they would take care of it. They didn't, we had to get the carpet cleaned the first week we lived here and they "forgot" to paint the ceilings. My boyfriend and I cleaned to whole apartment and watched tar drip off the walls and doors while cleaning. So gross. Anyways now that our apartment is clean and not smelly I like living here. It's quiet, great parking, and easy for our friends to get to. I don't really talk to the management now, so I guess that's a good sign. Theres two UMASS Lowell apartments in the same complex, but I don't mind since I go to UMASS. If your between the ages of 18 and 25 then you'll love it here.
