I have lived here over a year and have had nothing but problems in this complex. The doors to the outside are always left open with a rug which is a safety issue. The building has a buzzer system for safety but tenants are frequently leaving the back door open. When bro ught up to management nothing had been done. I had boots stolen outside my door during a storm because of it. I have had a problem with my toilet for months now and have called maintinence with no avail. Not one person has got back to me or shown up to fix it. It constantly runs. The parking is ok except in a snow storm. They do not enforce the moving of cars for the plows and the plow company does a mediocor job of removing the snow. They do not pre-treat the lot or use sand/salt. The lot becomes a large ice rink. I have called and nothing is done about it. If I need to do laundry I have to get up early on a day off to do it because there are only 2 washer/dryers for one building. I had an issue with rent because they lost my check that I placed in rent box and received a notice of non payment. When I called the office they were rude about it. I showed proof I wrote the check and had never been late before. I got bank check they required because they considered it late (2 days), and still received a aviction notice 2 weeks later. Again, I had to call and they were rude about it and I had to show proof yet again that it had been paid with there signiture on the recipt. I am almost done with my lease and moving out but have been warned by others that lived here before not to expect my security deposit. Again, with a notice of non payment my last month here when I already paid first and last and gave them over a thirty day notice. This is in the process of being fixed yet no one in the office to respond to my issues again. Two days and still no call back. I have one thing to say about this place. The rent is cheap and if you don't mind noisy neighbors, getting up early to do laundry, managment staff that are unreceptive, and an ice rink for a parking lot then this is a good place.
