I moved in 2 years ago and have not had any real issues. The managment staff is professional and things generally get done when they say. Parking is a little bit of a problem at first but you can figure it out. I never needed maintenance so I don't know how good they are. Halls and stuff are clean. I wish I had laundry in my apartment.
